In the third quarter of 2022, Neighborly acquired Lawn Pride with the intention of bringing the incredible success they had had regionally, nationwide. This was a unique acquisition for Neighborly, who normally acquires large and thriving home service franchise brands. When acquired, Lawn Pride did not have a single franchised location, but they have over 40 years of experience in the industry, and the power of Neighborly now to franchise to new markets.
